How long does it take?

Typically around 3 months, from commission to collection. We can expedite some orders for a fee. If you need something in hurry, it's worth talking to us. We'll try to help you out if we can.

How much do your garments cost?

It depends on the cloth. See our pricing page for our latest prices and more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We ask for a 50% deposit when you commission the garment. The balance is due when you collect it.

I have some creative ideas for a commission, can you help?

Absolutely! We love to experiment. Whatever you have in mind, we can help you realise it.

Do I need an appointment?

Walk in guests are very welcome, however if are already have a client in the shop then we won't be able to make space for you and adhere to social distancing guidelines. It's best to phone ahead if you can.

Do I need to do any preparation before my first appointment?

No, not at all. We are happy to guide you through all the options and the entire process. If there is something specific you had in mind, it's worth bringing a photo or a pintrest board. If you want to swot up on bespoke tailoring, Permanent Style is an excellent resource.

Can I supply my own cloth?

Sure, no problem. We'd be very happy to make up something from your own fabrics. Pricing will depend on the complexity of the garment.
